Instructions:   

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions and let cool. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, grated carrot, chopped celery, crushed red pepper and minced onion. 
  3. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. 
  4. Add the pasta is cooled, the mixture of tuna and vegetables and mix well. 
  5. Incorporates the blend of mayonnaise and yogurt to the pasta salad and mix until everything is well combined.
